When you think of being sexy, in general, what do you think of? Maybe it is wearing revealing clothing that shows off all of your best features. But in reality, for me, sexiness comes from having self-confidence and self-love. These are so important on your journey to feeling sexy amongst other things. Anyone can just throw some clothes on and “smize”, but on the inside you may not actually feel sexy.
So, I am going to give you some tips that I have used to build my confidence, which in turn, helped me feel sexy. First thing’s first, I make sure to have good posture. I know it is so easy to just sit down and slouch, or stand up and hunch over. We are not doing that, we are going to sit/ stand up straight, it is a good posture to have and you should feel a little more confident just from that. Another thing to keep your head up and don’t be looking down to the ground. Next, is that walk girl. I am not going to ask you to walk with one foot right in front of the other, as though you were on a catwalk, no. But I do ask that you walk with confidence, but not dragging you feel, put some effort into your stance and mobility.
Everything else you decide to wear is just extra, once you have that self-confidence and self-love, which is difficult to fully achieve, you are all set, with your sexy self!
